Contact details, including customer phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses, are always completely confidential, as are personal photos sent to me by post or email. I never share client information with anyone, regardless of whether you end up ordering a portrait or not. If you decide not to order a portrait, I will not store your information and will not contact you. Personal photos will be safe.
WARRANTIES
Every portrait commissions require a deposit. Should the portrait be lost or damaged in transit, a replacement portrait would be offered.
PORTRAIT PRICES
Prices for portraits may vary, depending on the customer’s needs. The prices on the website are for informational purposes only. The final price depends on your needs and the number of people in the portrait. The portrait is considered ordered after we have agreed on the selection of photos from which the portrait will be made, the dimensions of the image as well as the work technique and required deposit. We agree on the delivery date per your wishes and my schedule.
ARTIST AND BUYER COPYRIGHT
Although I retain full image rights to the portraits I create, I am happy for my clients to use an image of their purchased artwork. You can display it on social networks or make a copy of the portrait on the printer.
I retain all copyrights for portraits of celebrities and historical figures and it is strictly forbidden to print, copy, or advertise these portraits for any purpose.
